Condolences

I met Gayle about ten years ago through my mother, Betty Malo, who lived just down the street from Gsyle's apartment. Mother and Gayle visited each other regularly and always brought something that the other would enjoy. It was Gayle whom Mother called to accompany her when she went to the emergency a week before she died. Since then, for four years now, Gayle and I kept in touch by telephone. We both missed my mother and it was a relief to talk about her. Gayle never complained about what was going on in her life, was always curious about political and social issues, and kept her conversations short for fear of being a bother. She wasn't a bother. She was a fine person and a fighter. I will miss talking with her. My condolences go out to her family and friends. Colette Malo
